We run high-volume, quick-service counters. It gets hot, it gets loud, and tickets fly fast during lunch and late nights.
At Zusshu, you will prep real marinades, bake fresh rumali rotis and naan, assemble biryani boxes to order, and talk to Berliners who care about flavor. There are no corporate buzzwords here, no empty promises, and no scripted smiles.
